MTT Database reporter plugin for the legacy IU submission server

Parameters

realm	Database name
username	Username to be used for submitting data
password	Password for that username
pwfile	File where password can be found
platform	Name of the platform (cluster) upon which the tests were run
hostname	Name of the hosts involved in the tests (may be regular expression)
url	URL of the database server
debug_filename	Debug output file for server interaction information
keep_debug_files	Retain reporter debug output after execution
debug_server	Ask the server to return its debug output as well
email	Email to which errors are to be sent
dryrun	Print debug without actually submitting to database server
